Plant Medicine Ceremony

In these sacred Plant Ceremonies, you are called to connect with the ancient, powerful Spirits of the healing plants from the Peruvian Amazon – revered allies of healing, transformation, growth, awakening and deep inner wisdom.
By drinking the sacred Medicine, you step beyond the veil of the ordinary, entering the realms of the Master Plants, where the doors of higher consciousness are opening. Here, profound healing, purification, and transformation unfold, across every level of your being: physical, psychological, emotional, energetic, and spiritual.

This potent Medicine holds the power to heal the deepest wounds, dissolve the chains of old patterns and release blockages not only from this lifetime but from others as well.
The Spirits of the Plants guide you on a journey back to your own truth, reconnecting you with your higher self and awakening a deeper understanding of life’s blessings.

As you integrate the teachings and wisdom imparted by these sacred Medicines, this experience can mark the beginning of a profound shift within you, an opening to living a life of greater authenticity, in your power and divine purpose.

It is also possible to participate in the ceremonies without drinking the Medicine, as you will still be surrounded by the powerful healing energy of the plants.

Cacao Medicine & Breathwork in the Healing field of Horses

Cacao Ceremonies trace their roots back to the ancient Mayan and Aztec traditions of Central and South America, where the spirit of Cacao, known as Mama Cacao, was honored and invoked in sacred ceremonies.
Her medicine was revered for opening the heart, bringing clarity, restoring inner harmony and connecting us to the wellspring of our creativity.

The heart-opening essence of Cacao has the power to unlock states of pure euphoria, releasing emotions long held within. It invites us to connect with our higher Self, our inner wisdom and the loving energy flowing through our bodies, while gently calming the mind. For centuries, Cacao has been used as a sacred tool for healing the mental, physical, and spiritual body.

Through „Conscious Connected Breathing„, we transcend the limitations of the mind, increasing the flow of oxygen to the brain and throughout the bloodstream. This breath activates our neural pathways and releases hormones such as Anandamides, often called the “Bliss Hormones”, guiding us into a space of profound peace.

From this place of connection and relaxation, stress, anxietyand repressed emotions can be released and our awareness and creativity are heightened. In the stillness, we come into a deep sense of inner peace, love and compassion, allowing our true being to emerge.

The sacred Medicines of Cacao and Breath are a powerful combination, leading us into deep layers of healing and transformation, guiding us to a place of greater clarity, authenticity and profound connection.

„Our breathing is the direct connection to pure consciousness.“

Rapé Ceremony

Rapé (pronounced Hapee) is a sacred plant medicine, revered for its profound healing, purifying, and centering properties. For centuries, it has been used by indigenous tribes in Brazil, such as the Huni Kuin, Yawanawa and Nukini, as a tool for spiritual awakening and deep inner transformation. The indigenous peoples often sought Rapé before going out on a hunt, as a way to connect with the spirit of the animal, seeking allowance, guidance and harmony with the natural world.

Rapé is a finely ground mixture of Mapacho tobacco, combined with ash and other medicinal plants. It is ceremonially blown into the nose through a bamboo tube known as a Tepi. This powerful medicine works on both the physical and energetic levels, cleansing the body, clearing the mind, and purifying the consciousness. It opens the heart, calms the mental chatter, and clears the pineal gland, allowing for deeper spiritual connection and clarity.

Rapé is especially effective in supporting focus and concentration, making it an invaluable ally for meditation and introspection. It is often shared before or during ceremonies, creating a sacred space of focus and presence or or in a more elaborate individual Ceremony.

Transformative Shamanic Drumming Journey

A powerful method for self-discovery, healing, and spiritual growth.

Shamanic journeying is a time-honored practice originating from indigenous cultures around the world. For thousands of years, shamans have used rhythmic drumming to enter altered states of consciousness, allowing them to connect with the spirit world for guidance, healing, and insight. This practice is a bridge to the extraordinary, where profound wisdom and healing await.

The Journey is led by the steady beat of a drum, echoing the heartbeat of the Earth and our own heart. This rhythm guides us into a state of deep relaxation and heightened awareness, opening the door to the mystical realms.

In these magical realms, you will meet your guardian spirit, spirit animals, wise ancestors, healers and teachers offering wisdom, protection, and healing.

These encounters can provide deep insights and answers to your most profound questions.

Horse Medicine

The Horse stands as a guardian of the heart’s path and our soul’s true purpose. With its sensitive yet powerful presence, embodying freedom, dignity, grace, and strength, the Horse helps us reconnect with these sacred qualities that live within us all.

Through their majestic presence, Horses create an energy field that speaks directly to our emotional body, inviting us to delve deeper into ourselves – into our wounds, blockages and all that we are in this very moment. They guide us back to our true nature, reminding us of the authenticity and beauty that lie within.

By entering their field with humility, openness and allowance you may experience a love so unconditional it transcends words and you might even receive messages from their spirit, offering guidance and healing.

In this Retreat, we will invite the wisdom of the Horse Medicine into our Cacao Breathwork Ceremony, which will be held in the presence of my wonderful Horses, allowing their energy to guide and support us on this sacred journey.

Process and Integration Work

Integration is the heart of transformation, allowing you to embody and manifest the insights and healing you’ve received into your everyday life.
It occurs when the experiences gained on an energetic, emotional, and physical level are brought into conscious awareness, allowing them to take root and bring lasting change.

To support you on this journey, we will implement different elements and practices, intuitively chosen, to guide you towards self-empowerment. Breathwork, Trauma Healing, Bodywork, Shadow Work, Emotional Release, Inner Child Healing, and Inquiry are just some of the ways we will accompany you, helping you to fully integrate and embody your process with trust and strength.
