With The Dance Of The Jaguar we invite you to a Shamanic Ecstatic Dance Ceremony with the heart-opening medicine of Cacao, held and guided by medicine man, DJ and producer Xaguar.

In this ceremonial dance ritual Xaguar is opening a sacred space of healing and takes you on a musical journey, carried by Medicine House Music, which combines spiritual music, medicine music and traditional healing Icaros with genres such as Organic House, Afro House, Ethno House and Melodic House. In this Ecstatic Dance Ceremony our intention is to focus within and allow ourselves to let go and to feel. To open our hearts and release stuck emotions, blockages and dense energies. To be present and express ourselves. To expand our inner space and experience joy and ecstasy. To enjoy the magic of dance and celebrate the beauty of life.

After the opening Cacao Ceremony, Xaguar leads you through an introductory Drumming Circle, followed by an Ecstatic Dance that concludes with a relaxing Sound Bath.

Ecstatic Dance is a free-form spiritual dance practice with the intention of creating a healing journey, transforming one’s consciousness, connecting with one’s inner self and freeing your mind and body. In a safe environment without observers, judgment, phones, shoes and alcohol.

Guidelines:

• Non-verbal inner journey → During the dance we go inward without communicating verbally. We can make sounds or communicate with others through eye contact.
• Safe and sacred space → Please respect all dancers around you and all dance forms.
• Respect the boundaries of others → Only consensual touch.
• Conscious and mindful setting → An Ecstatic Dance is free of alcohol and drugs. We do not use cell phones or cameras during the entire ceremony.
• Feel and connect → We dance in community, without shoes and with comfortable clothing.
• Express yourself → Move freely, follow the wisdom and natural movement of your body. Open yourself to everything that wants to come up or be released. Let go, feel what wants to be felt and do not hold back your emotions.
• Raise your vibrations → We focus inward and allow ourselves to expand.

About Xaguar:

Xaguar is a medicine man with musical roots in electronic dance music.

Until 2013 he devoted himself to electronic music as a DJ and producer under his DJ projects Mandus Lazar, Lek & Lazar and Greta liebt Paul. With his event project Freiraum Kollektiv he organized club events in well-known electronic music clubs in Munich and the surrounding area, as well as underground open airs.

In the last 10 years he has intensively deepened his spiritual journey and turned more to inner work. He immersed himself in the world of sacred plant medicine, where he learned the art of shamanic healing with sacred master plants, which he has been actively practicing for 8 years in various ceremonies in Europe under his medicine name Sanken Tsoma.

When electronic music returned to his life in 2023, he rediscovered his love for music and followed the strong inner call to combine this passion for music with his shamanic path. With this in mind, his new music project Xaguar was created and with it the Shamanic Ecstatic Dance Ceremonies “Dance of the Jaguar”.
