Soul Purpose Women´s Retreat – Embodied Essence
Integrative Plant Medicine Journey with Horses
6 Day Women’s Retreat
16th till 21th of June 2026
Natural Park Sierra de Grazalema in Andalusia, Spain
– Intimate Group with max. 8 Participants –
This is a Journey into your Essence. Into what is already alive within you beneath conditioning, emotional noise and old identity patterns.
A space to reconnect with your inner truth, your gifts and your unique expression in life. Not as a concept or idea, but as something that becomes tangible in your body, your perception, your choices and the way you move through life.
At the core of this retreat is the reconnection with your essence – remembering what is truly yours, what wants to be expressed through you and the direction your life naturally wants to take. This is a guided ceremonial field where inner experience meets embodied integration.
Through Plant Medicine, supported by the embodied intelligence of Horses, alongside Shamanic and Somatic work, we move beyond internal confusion into clarity, alignment and grounded direction.
Many women today move through deep inner processes, insights and emotional openings, yet often struggle to translate their experience and their visions into lived reality.
There is a gap between insight and embodiment. Between knowing and living. This retreat is created to bridge that gap.
By bringing what is revealed into the body, the nervous system and lived experience.
The focus is transformation that becomes visible in how you perceive, respond and move through life with greater inner stability.

Integration – Begins during the retreat and continues afterwards through a 1:1 integration call and a Whats App support group, helping you in bringing what has opened into your daily life.

This journey will ask you to meet yourself honestly, to move through discomfort and to be willing not only to experience – but to change.
We hold a clear, grounded and conscious space for you – where what is no longer aligned can be seen, released and integrated and where clarity, inner connection and embodied presence can emerge.
If you feel the call, you are welcome to join us on this journey – we look forward to walking alongside you.
With love… Metsa Yaka & Selva

Plant Medicine Ceremony
In these sacred Plant Ceremonies, you are called to connect with the ancient, powerful Spirits of the healing plants from the Peruvian Amazon – revered allies of healing, transformation, growth, awakening and deep inner wisdom.
By drinking the sacred Medicine, you step beyond the veil of the ordinary, entering the realms of the Master Plants, where the doors of higher consciousness are opening. Here, profound healing, purification, and transformation unfold, across every level of your being: physical, psychological, emotional, energetic, and spiritual. This potent Medicine holds the power to heal the deepest wounds, dissolve the chains of old patterns and release blockages not only from this lifetime but from others as well. The Spirits of the Plants guide you on a journey back to your own truth, reconnecting you with your higher self and awakening a deeper understanding of life’s blessings.
As you integrate the teachings and wisdom imparted by these sacred Medicines, this experience can mark the beginning of a profound shift within you, an opening to living a life of greater authenticity, in your power and divine purpose.
It is also possible to participate in the Ceremonies without drinking the Medicine, as you will still be surrounded by the powerful healing energy of the plants.
Cacao Medicine & Breathwork
Cacao Ceremonies originated all the way back to the ancient Mayan and Aztec traditions of Central and South America, where the spirit of Cacao, known as Mama Cacao, was honored and invoked in sacred ceremonies.
Her medicine was revered for opening the heart, bringing clarity, restoring inner harmony and connecting us to the wellspring of our creativity. The heart-opening essence of Cacao has the power to unlock states of pure euphoria, releasing emotions long held within. It invites us to connect with our higher Self, our inner wisdom and the loving energy flowing through our bodies, while gently calming the mind.
For centuries, Cacao has been used as a sacred tool for healing the mental, physical, and spiritual body.
Through Conscious Connected Breathing, we transcend the limitations of the mind, increasing the flow of oxygen to the brain and throughout the bloodstream.
This breath activates our neural pathways and releases hormones such as Anandamides, often called the “Bliss Hormones”, guiding us into a space of profound peace. From this place of connection and relaxation, stress, anxiety and repressed emotions can be released and our awareness and creativity are heightened. In the stillness, we come into a deep sense of inner peace, love and compassion, allowing our true being to emerge.
The sacred Medicines of Cacao and Breath are a powerful combination, leading us into deep layers of healing and transformation, guiding us to a place of greater clarity, authenticity and profound connection.
Rapé Ceremony
Rapé (pronounced Hapee) is a sacred plant medicine, revered for its profound healing, purifying, and centering properties. For centuries, it has been used by indigenous tribes in Brazil, such as the Huni Kuin, Yawanawa and Nukini, as a tool for spiritual awakening and deep inner transformation. The indigenous peoples often sought Rapé before going out on a hunt, as a way to connect with the spirit of the animal, seeking allowance, guidance and harmony with the natural world.
Rapé is a finely ground mixture of Mapacho tobacco, combined with ash and other medicinal plants. It is ceremonially blown into the nose through a bamboo tube known as a Tepi. This powerful medicine works on both the physical and energetic levels, cleansing the body, clearing the mind, and purifying the consciousness. It opens the heart, calms the mental chatter, and clears the pineal gland, allowing for deeper spiritual connection and clarity. Rapé is especially effective in supporting focus and concentration, making it an invaluable ally for meditation and introspection.
It is often shared before or during ceremonies, creating a sacred space of focus and presence or in a more elaborate individual ceremony.
Shamanic Drumming Journey
A powerful method for self-discovery, healing, and spiritual growth.
Shamanic journeying is a time-honored practice originating from indigenous cultures around the world. For thousands of years, shamans have used rhythmic drumming to enter altered states of consciousness, allowing them to connect with the spirit world for guidance, healing, and insight. This practice is a bridge to the extraordinary, where profound wisdom and healing await.
The Journey is led by the steady beat of a drum, echoing the heartbeat of the Earth and our own heart. This rhythm guides us into a state of deep relaxation and heightened awareness, opening the door to the mystical realms.
In these magical realms, you will meet your guardian spirit, spirit animals, wise ancestors, healers and teachers offering wisdom, protection, and healing.
These encounters can provide deep insights and answers to your most profound questions.
Horse Embodiment Experience
In these Sessions you will be guide into a deeper connection with your body, your energy and your inner landscape.
Together with the Horses, you enter a shared field of awareness and resonance, where unconscious patterns, emotional dynamics and your inner state become visible through their reflection and direct interaction.
Horses offering the most honest feedback beyond the mind and supporting you in deepening self-awareness, strenghtening presence and embodying authentic expression – reconnecting you with the truth of who you are.
Process and Integration Work
Integration is the heart of transformation.
It is what allows insights and experiences to become lived reality in your daily life.
We support you in your inner process with approaches that help you deepen, process and integrate what arises during the retreat.
This may include elements such as breathwork, body-centered practices, emotional processing, and mindful self-inquiry – always guided by what is present in you.
This is not about doing or achieving anything.
It is about creating space for what wants to be felt, seen and released.
The integration work is adapted to you personally, supporting you in anchoring your experience in a grounded and sustainable way in your life.

About us
Metsa Yaka
Metsa Yaka holds a clear and grounded space where what lies beneath the surface can be seen and felt.
With a precise ability to perceive patterns, blockages and unspoken dynamics within both humans and animals – often before they are consciously recognized – she supports others in coming into honest contact with themselves.
Her work brings attention to what is usally avoided: unresolved emotions, protective mechanisms and deeply rooted trauma.
At the same time she recognizes the deeper potential within each being – beyond conditioning and learned identity and supports others in reconnecting with their authentic expression.
Through her work with Horses, Animals and the Plant Medicine she translates subtle processes into direct, embodied experience.
This work is not about comfort – it is about honesty, precision and real transformation – not through force, but through presence, clarity and the willingness to meet what is true.
