All our retreats and ceremonies serve as research studies in order to explore and evaluate the effect of the used plants and practices as holistic healing techniques.
Our aim is to support the holistic healing of body mind and soul with alternative practices, to promote a balance in life and to support an alternative healthy lifestyle that is in harmony with our nature.

To participate in our retreats / research studies, it is necessary to become a member of our association.
For this we also offer a free short-term membership. You can select your membership type below in the registration form.

Participation in our retreats and ceremonies requires legal membership in our association Visiones. You can choose between a free short-term membership valid for 33 days, or a one-year supporting membership (non-renewing). All memberships automatically expire on December 31 of the current year.

Registration Informations (excerpt from our terms and conditions)

Registration and Payment:

For participation in our research-based formats such as retreats, ceremonies, and treatments, a research contribution is charged. This contribution consists of a registration fee (reservation fee) and the remaining retreat fee.

To confirm your participation, a deposit in the form of the registration fee is required. This must be paid by bank transfer within 7 days after your registration. Once the payment has been received, your spot is considered firmly reserved.

Registration fee for 1-day ceremony: € 100,-

Registration fee for 2-day ceremony: € 200,-

Registration fee for 3-night retreats: € 300,-

Registration fee for 5–6-day retreats: € 500,-

Registration fee for 7–10-day retreats: € 800,-

Registration fee for 11-day dietas / 14-day retreats: € 1,000,-

Registration fee for 3–4-week dietas: € 1,400,-

The remaining balance of the research contribution (including accommodation and meals) can either be paid together with the registration fee or no later than 30 days before the start of the retreat by bank transfer.

In case of late payment, we reserve the right to reassign the reserved spot.

Cancelation conditions:

Cancelation from participants:

The registration fee (deposit) is non-refundable. By paying the registration fee, you reserve your place in a binding way. In case of cancellation, the deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee.

Up to 30 days before the start of the retreat:

If you cancel up to 30 days before the start of the retreat, the already paid remaining balance of the retreat fee (including accommodation and meals) will be fully refunded. The registration fee is non-refundable in any case.

29 to 15 days before the start of the retreat:

If you cancel between 29 and 15 days before the start of the retreat, 50% of the total retreat fee (including accommodation and meals) will be charged. The registration fee will be credited toward this amount and remains with the organizer. If the payments already made exceed this amount, no additional refund will be issued.

14 to 0 days before the start of the retreat:

If you cancel within 14 days before the start of the retreat, 100% of the total retreat fee (including accommodation and meals) is due. All payments already made will be fully retained. No refunds will be issued.

On the day of the retreat or during the retreat:

In case of no-show or early termination of the retreat, 100% of the total retreat fee (including accommodation and meals) will also be charged.

Cancelation from our side:

Depending on the venue, a minimum number of participants is required. If this minimum is not reached, we reserve the right to cancel the retreat. In this case, all payments already made will be fully refunded, regardless of timing.

Additional costs such as travel or transportation expenses (e.g. flights, train or bus tickets) cannot be refunded.

Cancelation through force majeure (for example due to COVID restrictions):

If the retreat cannot take place due to unforeseen circumstances such as force majeure, governmental restrictions, pandemics, or similar events, the registration fee will not be refunded. Instead, it will be credited as a voucher for a future retreat within 24 months.

Additional costs such as travel or transportation expenses cannot be refunded.

 

Medications & health topics:

In the context of working with plant medicine (and depending on the specific retreat format), it is required that you inform us fully and in confidence prior to your participation about all relevant health conditions, especially if any of the following apply to you:

  • regular use of medication
  • current or regular use of drugs or psychoactive substances
  • mental health conditions or acute psychological distress
  • cardiovascular conditions
  • chronic high blood pressure
  • liver conditions or other relevant medical conditions
  • pregnancy
  • menstruation during the retreat period

Our retreats, ceremonies, and individual sessions are experiential and supportive processes and do not replace medical or psychotherapeutic treatment.
