Guided through preparation, ceremony and integration, the process supports you in entering a more conscious relationship with yourself and the deeper intelligence of nature.
Plant Medicine has the ability to open doors into hidden emotional landscapes, unconscious patterns and parts of ourselves that have long been waiting for attention, expression and integration.
Within an intentional and grounded space, profound insight, emotional release, clarity and profound reconnection can naturally unfold.
The work is rooted in presence, nervous system awareness, embodiment and integration, this work invites lasting transformation – allowing the experience to become something lived, grounded and woven into everyday life beyond the Ceremony itself.

You receive reflective questions and informations for the preparation diet in advance.
This is essential for depth, safety and your alignment.
Ceremony
The ceremony takes place in a protected 1:1 setting.
You are held with presence and clarity, with space for your process to move naturally with grounded guidance.
Process & Integration work after Ceremony
You are supported to ground the experienced into system.
Deep Integration (via Zoom Call 2-4 weeks later)

About Metsa Yaka
Metsa Yaka holds a clear and grounded space where what lies beneath the surface can be seen and felt.
With a precise ability to perceive patterns, blockages and unspoken dynamics within both humans and animals – often before they are consciously recognized – she supports others in coming into honest contact with themselves.
Her work brings attention to what is usally avoided: unresolved emotions, protective mechanisms and deeply rooted trauma.
At the same time she recognizes the deeper potential within each being – beyond conditioning and learned identity and supports others in reconnecting with their authentic expression.
Through her work with Horses, Animals and the Plant Medicine she translates subtle processes into direct, embodied experience.

A private glamping bell tent (with an outdoor bathroom) is included in the price. Upon request, you can also book a private room for an additional fee (subject to availability).
We offer the following room options:
- a single or double room (with a 1.50 m bed) and a private bathroom
- a single or double room (with a 1.50 m bed) and a shared bathroom
- a private apartment for single or double use (with a 1.80 m bed), including a private bathroom and kitchen
If you feel called to stay a bit longer before or after the day retreat, additional nights can be booked at the venue upon request.
